Above are some photos and examples of the experiences I've had, as well as created, while working for The Rise.

Picture #1: Here I am at Academy 65, the property I was selected to venture to in Sacramento, California to lend a hand to the staff and help boost their leasing potential. I am happy to report that Academy 65 has gone from 60% released to 85% since my two weeks time there.
Picture #2: This was a succulent planting kit put together for a cover friendly take on one of our most popular events at The Rise, and very successful despite the changes
Picture #3: The July Pool Party was an attempt get residents excited for the summer and focus on our return to
in-person events. A smaller number of residents participated than in the past, but this was to be expected.
Picture #4: A planned professionally lead yoga session with a yogurt parfait bar took place and will also become a bi-monthly event at The Rise
Picture #5: Movie Night was a large success and provided residents with an opportunity to mingle and eat classic movie theater treats.
Picture #6: Here is a picture of my supervisor and I enjoying a walk in Sacramento during our extended stay there, showing if you work hard, you can play hard too!
